Refund Policy

DonutSMP Trading Refund Policy

By participating in any trade or purchase, you agree to the following:

1. All sales are final.
   No refunds will be given once a transaction is completed.
2. Refund exception – accidental purchase:
   A refund will only be considered if:
   • You provide clear proof of an accidental purchase (screenshots, recordings, or chat logs), and
   • The request is made immediately after the transaction.
3. Buyer responsibility:
   Buyers must confirm the item and price before completing a trade.
   Mistakes or misunderstandings do not qualify for refunds.
4. Fraud & abuse:
   Fake proof, chargebacks, or scam attempts will result in a trade ban and possible permanent removal.
5. Changes to terms:
   These terms may be updated at any time. Continuing to trade means you accept the latest version.
